Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (unless stated otherwise) 

Standard UK Delivery is FREE on orders over £35 and £2.50 for orders £35 and under.
Royal Mail 1st Class is charged at £3.50 on all orders.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class within 1-2 working days and 2nd class within 2-3 working days, but delivery can be up to 5 days.  

Royal mail does not deem a parcel to be lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery arrival, if this is the case for you then please email us at sales@sewroyal.co.uk , or use the contact form.

 

International Shipping 

A standard tracked service is charged at a flat rate of £10.99 on ALL orders.

Delivery for standard services could be expected within 3-5 working days to Europe and within 5-7 working days Outside Europe.However, can sometimes be up to 2-3 weeks.

For larger/tracked orders we may use a different courier at our own discretion, delivery is usually made within 2-3 weeks. 

** PLEASE WAIT AT LEAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE CONTACTING US REGARDING YOUR ORDER **

Royal mail does not deem a parcel to be lost until 20 working days after the expected delivery arrival to addresses within Europe and 25 working days outside Europe. If this is the case for you then please email us at sales@sewroyal.co.uk , or use the contact form. Refunds will not be issued until this time period has passed. 


Sew Royal accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred by delayed delivery for whatever reason.

Sew Royal also accepts no responsibility for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection.


Refunds and Returns


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you must let us know within 14 working days of the date the product was delivered to you. 

You must also return it to us within 14 working days in its original packaging and in perfect condition with proof of purchase for a full refund. 

Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, except where the goods are faulty or an error has been made on our behalf. 

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Refunds will be made by the original payment method.

Please let us know by email if you would like to return any goods.

Undelivered Orders
In the event that a parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address supplied or as a result of the parcel not being claimed by the recipient, the parcel would then be returned to us. If this is the case and you would like the parcel resent you must pay for all shipping expenses.

If you would not like the item resent, you will be refunded for your purchase minus the shipping charges.
